Hi, I have found a great site called Kraft it up (check them out here
http://kraftitup.blogspot.com.au/ ). The idea of their challenges is to use Kraft paper as your base and then create according to their monthly challenge. August was all about texture and layering and using a sketch.
Here is the sketch
And here is my intepretation.
It is photos of my middle son Tom. He is so crazy and these photos really show his personality. He is dressed in a transformer dress up with a Hot Wheels apron and chefs hat and has pasta sauce all over his face. He is such a funny little boy!! Love him to bits.
I have used some texture paste, mists and Tim Holtz Rock Candy crackle. It was my first time playing with the crackle and it was fun! Below is a close up of the crackle.
Thanks for looking
Nelle.
