Sassy Scrapper August Challenge

Kaiser Saturday Sketch Aug - week 1.

Hi. I've decided to try my luck over at Kaisercraft with their Saturday Sketch competition. I haven't entered before but as I love working with sketches and I love working with Kaiser products I thought why not? These photos are of my youngest Chaz and I have used the Sears and Sons collection.

Scrap the boys - July Challenge

Hi. This is my entry for the July Challenge over at Scrap the Boys. The challenge this month was to use a head shot of your boy/man and it needed to be in black and white and the rest was up to you. This is a photo of my youngest Chaz. He is a very cheeky boy and this photo captures his personality perfectly.

Hi and welcome to another post. Today I am sharing with you my entry for the July Challenge over at Sassy Scrapper. This month your project needed to reflect a mood board provided on the site. It had a really pretty palette with some beautiful warm pictures. I chose to do a photo of Chaz and his little friend Evie and as I don't usually do girly I thought lets go pretty for something different!

Scrap the Boys - June Challenge

Hi. Gosh second post fot the morning. As usual I am leaving til the last minute to upload my challenge entries! I have had them finished for over a week but have had some computer issues! This months challenge over at Scrap the Boys was to do a LO about sport, use stamping, a choice of colour and at least one photo that is smaller than 6 x 4. I decided to do a LO of the boys fishing and show how proud Tom was with his little fish he caught. Of course he wanted to keep it but we did put it back to grow a little bigger!!

Sassy Scrapper - June Challenge

Hi. Today I am sharing with you my entry for the June Challenge over at Sassy Scrapper. The theme this month was to create a LO inspired by the quote "today I am thankful for". I decided to do a LO with a photo of my youngest Chaz and my niece Saskia. She just loves her little cousin and is such a  big help to me looking after him and entertaining him. I decided to hide my journalling on this LO.

Scrap the Boys - May Challenge

Hi and welcome to another post. Today I am sharing my entry for the May Challenge over at Scrap the Boys. This months challenge was all about creating a LO with Grunge. I love the photo I have used in this LO. It is of my youngest son Chaz and his big cousin Kade. I think they are both such gorgeous boys. As my journalling says we are lucky to have a nephew/cousin like Kade who has so much time for his younger cousins.

Hi again! Today I am sharing with you my entry for White with 1 May challenge. The challenge was to use white + black + badges/banners. I like this challenge site as it gets you thinking outside the "normal" square as you are limited with the amount of colour you can include. The photo is of my middle son Tom and my brother in law Billy. They have a very unique bond (even though there is about 40 years between them!)

Sassy Scrapper April Sketch

Hi! Wow I didn't realise how long it has actually been since I have done a post. This has proved to be a busy year so far and I have to admit that I actually lost my mojo for scrapping for a few months while I stuggled through the nausea of being pregnant! So excited that we are expecting our 4th little bundle but I wasn't quite prepared for the nausea which has thankfully eased off now and I am loving getting back into scrapping. We have already had 2 holidays this year so i have lots of new photos to get scrapping with!
This month I have played along with Sassy Scrapper. I just love their blog and online shop and it has one of my most fav people in the world on their DT - The talented Shell Carman. The sketch was created by another DT Rikki and allowed me to play with mists, inks and gesso. The photos are of my 2 eldest being just a little crazy with dirty faces after tea!

Scrap the Boys - Jan challenge

Hi & Happy New Year. Gee Blogger has been giving me a bit of grief this month but hopefully now I'm back on track. Today I am sharing with you my entry for the January Challenge over at one of my fav sites - Scrap the Boys. The criteria was to scrap a LO of you boys fav summer past time and base your LO on this. My boys just LOVE their icypoles and have at least one a day in Summer so I thought this was a perfect topic for my LO.
